OFFICIAL RULES

Sponsored by ASHRO, Inc. 1112 7th Avenue, Monroe, WI 53566-1364 (“Sponsor”).

OVERVIEW: ASHRO’s Picture Perfect Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) consists of six separate monthly drawings – April 2025, May 2025, June 2025, July 2025, and August 2025. Non-winning entries from one monthly drawing will not roll over to subsequent monthly drawings.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal U.S. resident 21 years of age or older physically residing in the 50 United States (includes DC) to enter or win.  Employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible.  Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) on-line product review entry and (b) mail-in entry. The choice of entry method will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

(a) Complete an On-Line Product Review:  To enter the sweepstakes on-line, leave a product review on the ASHRO website for an ASHRO product. The review must include the following:

Reviews should contain your honest feedback; comments and photos will not be judged, and there is no requirement that the rating or review be a positive endorsement. The quality of a review will not affect the entrant’s chances to win.  However, comments or photos may not defame or invade the rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any third party’s personal, proprietary, or intellectual rights; may not contain illegal or unlawful material; may not promote bigotry, racism, harm, or discrimination; and must be consistent with Sponsor’s reputation in the marketplace and be suitable for audiences of all ages.  Comments or photos which, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, violate these conditions or which contain any type of vulgarity or objectionable content will be disqualified.

(b) Mail-In Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without submitting an on-line review, please print the following information on a 3”x5” card: the words “ASHRO’s Picture Perfect Sweepstakes,” your first and last name, date of birth, address (no P.O. boxes accepted), city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, and the words “I agree to the Official Rules.” Then mail the completed 3”x5” card in a stamped #10 business envelope to: “ASHRO’s Picture Perfect Sweepstakes,” 1112 7th Avenue, Monroe, WI 53566.  All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11:59 pm Central Time on the final day of each month depending on entry period (3/31/25, 4/30/25, 5/31/25, and so on through 8/31/25) to be included in that month’s drawing.

PLEASE NOTE: By entering the sweepstakes via the on-line entry method, the entrant consents to receive, and grants the Sponsor permission to send to him/her, future email communications regarding services, incentives, offers, promotions, or other messaging related to the Sponsor’s services. In each future email communication, entrant will have the opportunity to opt-out to avoid receiving further email communications. To enter the Sweepstakes without providing consent to future email communications from Sponsor, please use the mail-in entry method. By entering the sweepstakes via the mail-in entry method, the entrant will not receive future email communications from Sponsor with the exception of email communications relating directly to the administration of this sweepstakes (e.g., winner’s notice) unless the entrant has consented through other means to receiving such communications or has an established business relationship with Sponsor, which permits such communications. 

Limit ten (10) entries per person for each separate monthly drawings, regardless of methods of entry (i.e., a person may enter ten times each month during the Entry Period). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries.

Photo Entry Requirements: The photo must be of entrant wearing the ASHRO item. Full body photos are not required. Photo must be entrant’s original creation and may not include copyrighted, trademarked, patented or previously published material. Entry requiring license or usage rights from any third party is not eligible. Entry may not display any trademarked or copyrighted brand names/logos, except those of Sponsor’s brands. If necessary, you may use your toolbar to blur out any brand names, logos, or trademarks. 

By submitting entry, you agree to the following: (i) you are the owner of the photo, (ii) you are the one depicted in the photo, (iii) you are able and authorized to submit the photo, and (iv) you consent to posting of the photo on-line.

ENTRY PERIODS:  The Sweepstakes consists of six separate monthly drawings taking place from April 2025 to August 2025. The entry period for each monthly drawing will begin at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on the first day of each month (e.g., April 1, May 1, etc.) and will end at 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of each month (e.g., April 30, May 31, etc.), respectively. Entries must be received (online entries) or postmarked (mail-in entries) by 11:59 pm CT on the last day of a monthly entry period to be included in that month’s drawing. 

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) winner will be randomly selected for each monthly sweepstakes to receive the following:

Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Gift certificates subject to standard terms and conditions. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s and/or service provider’s terms and conditions, and winners agrees to look solely to such manufacturers and/or service providers for any warranty or guarantee claim.  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of the same approximate retail value.  Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize.  All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to any prize, including but not limited to delivery, installation, service activation fees and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winners.  Prizes will be fulfilled within four weeks of the drawing.

SELECTION OF THE WINNERS; ODDS OF WINNING:  Prize winners will be chosen by a random drawing as follows: 

Winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries received during the respective monthly sweepstakes. Drawing will be conducted in accordance with the Official Rules by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are binding and final. Sponsor will contact the potential winners by email using the email address provided at the time of the online review or with the mail-in entry. The potential winners will be required to respond as instructed to the email within five calendar days of receipt or the prize will be forfeited, and alternate winners will be chosen. Affidavit of eligibility, prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required and, if requested by Sponsor, must be returned within the specified time or prize will be forfeited and alternate winners chosen.

Odds of winning depend on number of entries received for each respective monthly entry period. 

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Please note that all customer reviews and photos are available on-line for public viewing. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent that his or her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.

RELEASE: By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this Sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or award of prize shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of prizes, including erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize, and under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or any order of a court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor in its discretion elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all eligible entries received to date.

This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States. The use of any automated devices in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transactions or network connections, whether human, technical, or otherwise in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or related equipment resulting from or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any material related to this Sweepstakes. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email account submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized holder of the identified email account.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Wisconsin; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall attorneys’ fees be awarded; (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”); and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to having such damages multiplied or increased. Wisconsin law, without reference to choice of law rules, governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.

PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this sweepstakes will be used to administer the sweepstakes, select the winners, and fulfill the prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.ashro.com/cm/privacy-policy.html.

WINNERS’ LIST:  For the names of the monthly winners, please send an email referencing “2025 ASHRO’s Picture Perfect Sweepstakes – Winners’ List” to ashrowomen@gmail.com within 90 days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
