Meet Ashro Woman: Toy
I'm an Ashro woman because I am just that: a "woman". I am strong, weak, fearless, fearful, bold, shy...an extrovert and introvert all at the same time. My only responsibility as a woman is to live truthfully and transparently with a whole lotta sassiness, lol. That's what an Ashro woman looks like to me, a woman walking in her truth.
The freedom to express yourself through clothing. The choice of style we portray tells others who we are without ever having to open our mouths. It's the ability to walk in a room quietly, but your presence speaks volumes.
My relationship with God. Knowing that I was created for purpose. Knowing that my life touches someone each day by the way I interact through my smile, how I speak, smell, and dress. All areas in which men and women have complemented me in, and said, I inspire and encourage them in as well.
Don't worry about the caterpillar stage of your life, there's a beautiful butterfly waiting to emerge. Be yourself, trust yourself, love yourself. Even in your brokenness you have everything in you that you need to succeed. A minister once said, "Broken crayons still color".
Eating, lol...good food, music and or fellowship with family and friends. Any or all of these at a time.
Procrastination! This is a struggle for me. Money management has become one of my latest triumphs.
Traveling the world...eg. Amsterdam, London, Paris, Spain, Jamaica, Panama, etc.. All places I've been and am going in the next few months. Other than traveling, singing, acting, mentoring or simply sitting on my sofa Netflix and chilling by myself.
I am an assistant teacher. I live seeing the light bulb go off in a students head when they grasped the work for themselves. I dislike the boundaries set on educating students. I believe learning is not just what's in the books but how you apply what your learn to your everyday life. Alot of youth need social emotional skills as well. I try to incorporate that.
I honestly and sadly can say, I don't have an influence. Growing up I just tried to learn from the mistakes of others around me. There are people that do great things in this world, but I haven't met someone that I feel has touched me in that capacity. *This question really has been thinking now, too.
Spaghetti (at least I think so, lol). I'd make it for friends, family, myself. I have typically made/served it at my home or theirs.
ABSOLUTELY! It has only strengthened me as a person. I realize that everything is not in my control and it's ok to relinquish my control for help in areas I need it in. That God is bigger than my circumstances and He loves me...so I worry less and pray more. Then I leave the rest in His hands.
Senseless comedies, cartoons, jokes and fun times with friends. Crazy things that people say.
I'm not a biological mother, but I raised a daughter from the age of 6 months old to currently 25 years old. She also made me a "Lola" (grandmother in Philippine) of a 5 year old granddaughter. You could also count all the students I've had over the years, lol. It has taught me to lead by example. Be transparent about the good, bad, ups and downs that life has to offer. To encourage, but not enable. Once they are grown, allow them to live out life on their own terms with what you've taught them and be an honest, objective support system when they need it.
Church, formal birthday parties, outings with friends and family. As often as they occur. So several times a year.
SHO NUFF!! Many, even wigs, too. Which I call my hats as well, lol. I've worn hats to church.
Bold, yet elegant. I am that. I don't conform to others standards of dressing. I try things that catch my eye aesthetically. The brand to me means "out of the box". I say this because my first experience with the catalog was a pair of denim, leather and leopard boots. You guys offer unique and different pieces that the most modest to sassy woman can choose from.

The loss of a loved one is ALWAYS difficult ;I have discovered that , instead of thinking about the fact that they passed-rather , think about the way they LIVED.
Touring with my One-Woman-Show , Meditation , writing poetry , honing my craft as an Actor , hosting my radio show , listening to music , reading; and getting quality rest !
I am a Professional Actor ; What I love the most about it is that I get the opportunity to change people's LIVES with my talents ; what I like about it the least is thatit goes by TOO FAST! I LOVE it , though !
Without question-my Mama ! The fact that she is the most courageous woman I have ever met ! I know the strength , and noble quiet strength she has -were instilled in me from Day One ! I knownthe fhange work I do ( through the Arts , Public Speaking , or the written word ; The passion that comes from her- I see in me - in all I do- which continues to fuel me every single secod- of every single day !
I have many , but I suppose if I had to narrow it down to one , it would be my " Smoked Kippered Herring Cornish Pasties"; I make it for my significant other and I serve it in our kitchen.
I approach my Faith this way ; One must ALWAYS have Hope; Faith is based on Hope ;( for they work hand in hand ; and Faith HAS -and always will-be with me-Unwavering-Forever!
My younger brother's laugh ; The jokes my significant other tells; Funny things I hear people say throughout my day ; and unexpeceted humorous moments in my life !
Anniversaries , birthdays , holidays , Extra-Special Occasions , graduations ; All of my performances ( of course !)All year long!
My Ashro catalog memory is this : I was flipping through the pages of one of your catalogues , and staring up at me-was the face of "Dani"( Danielle) the first person I had ever actually wanted to win "America's Next Top Model "- for me- this was the FIRST time I had watched a cgapterin someone's journey- and seen them continue their dream - The profound power of the printed image-it speaks volumes !

Since I’m a caregiver of my 94 year old mom I embrace my free time by reading inspiring books, trying out new recipes and spending time with friends.

Meet Ashro Woman: Rolanda
Putting Faith in GOD and Kingdom interests first is what I do. I’ve learned to not be anxious about tomorrow, but by 🙏🏽 and thanksgiving to always appreciate each day. Each person and every moment. Each is truly equip with is own anxiety as found in his word. For years I’ve suffered through pain, barely able to walk, to even sit up and hold a cup or hold my granddaughter. What a precious gift to do both today. To serve my Heavenly Father to the best of my ability is truly a blessing. Through each step I’ve tried to always do so with a smile and a willingness to help anyone in need.
I absolutely love 💕 the hats. Like my mother. I’m the 1 out of 4 who loves hats as much as she does. I’m not able to glam as much I’m use to but when I do, I truly am the Glammy of ‘Ashro Glamma’s’. 🥰
I’m in love 😍 with my glampy, she the apple 🍎 of my eye. Growing more and more fond of my boss baby, grandson. I truly love sharing written word with her. She’s my spiritual shadow.
Don’t worry and stress over how a problem or a disagreement begins. We can’t change what happened in the past. Root yourselves in the present and allow GOD’s Holy to change how you react and respond. Work on the solution. No matter how it starts if we keep responding the same, then the devil will keep using the same tools different look.
Preaching. Spending time with my family.
Marriage is not easy. Keeping faith through really hard times. Seeing Jehovah’s mighty is beautiful. I love my husband despite the hardships. Our family. We’ve recently began our relationship again, the last week of court. My reliance on God and faith in him is so much stronger than my fears. Again 🥰 Phil 4:6 Do not be anxious 🙏🏽.
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽. Worshipping my Father. Calling on those I can reach when the pain isn’t to great.
I owned and operated a 24hr child care as well as providing home healthcare visits. I did this for over 20 yrs. I loved it. It was so hard to stop. I’m a natural care giver. A nurturer. What I found is that no one could match that stride. I was full steam ahead for so long with no time to care for what was going on in my body. I’m sure most providers would agree that it is rare if at all possible, to find someone to truly fill our shoes in half the way we do. Which is why most close if the primary owner isn’t able. Downside.
My parents. My mom, she’s so strong 💪, loving 🥰 and wise. A mother to everyone she meets. My father. Caring hard worker and taught us all the things he would his boys. Above all the gave us a great spiritual foundation. No Matt what, prayer 🙏🏽 first for everything. Before during and after. To always rely on God.
Neck bones. For my family at home.
Yes. I’m sure that everything is possible through Christ or Lord. The past 4 yrs plus yrs have been very challenging. Yet they’ve taught me that nothing is more important than my relationship with the Most High GOD. If I couldn’t approach God in prayer 🙏🏽, and read his word daily, how could I ever become his friend? I wake up with a smile 😊 knowing that today,i is going to be amazing no matter what because Jehovah gave his son for little ‘ol me to be able to prove yes, I’m worthy.Thank you GOD, and Thank you 🙏🏽Jesus for such a tremendous honor and privilege. Though it may be hard sometimes not take for granite making my decisions without first approaching God. Which of I could never had the ability to do so if Jesus had not given his life in behalf of many. Going back to learning to allow God’s Word the Bible to transform my life. Focusing on the things only I can change and control and leaning on him. He’ll do the rest. He will never fail us. He is our guarantee... What a gift to after be told I help them. How much that helped me.
My glampy says the darnest things. She’s a jewel, her spiritual reasoning is something.
Be patient with you kids. Don’t rush their love of GOD, be honest and consistent. Try not to confuse them or aggravate them by not be consistent in your teachings and faith. Show them the love and beautiful things of our Creator so he is real to them in their youth.
Weekly Bible meetings. And couple Conventions. Really dress up for the Passover.
I bought my first Ashro hat right before I became sick. I purchased it for the Memorial. Celebrating Jesus Christ sacrifice. Everyone still adores it. It’s class, style, safisitacan and flair that I love 💕 whenever look for some who’s Ashro women’s. As that I with blessing of God and the view I had as a women held to a classy sass. It’s taken 4 yrs and almost a divorced my husband to see the reality of my pain. Women of Faith, of strength, of love, morals and character hold ourselves to a higher standard. And as I look at the pictures of the women of Ashro. I see faith, family, beauty, and strength of all ages and shapes. But greatest is Love behind each pair of eyes.

The fact that most of the styles and clothing are for old and young alike.
My riding and eager to see what God has in store for me everyday
Seek goodness and everything you do.
Great movies, a good spaghetti meal, chocolate of course, and my grandchildren - but of course that's not a small thing
Being who I am in this world, the way things are among so many people who don't seem to care about one another or have any regard for what is right or upright, has been my biggest struggle. But my biggest triumph is that I am a strong leader among many, no matter what the world says.
Watching movies, writing, or playing a favorite game
I am retired counselor, but it is in my heart always to counsel, lead, teach, and coach others, who are in need?
My mother. Though she is long gone now, I believe i've got my faith in helping others. and the principle that teaches us "to see yourself no better than anybody else" (...but for the Grace of God go, I....) from her.
I love a good spaghetti dinner with all the fixings including mushroom topping, great salad on the side and hot buttered rolls. I make a "mean" specialty cabbage pot, also including steamed chicken drummettes, fresh carrots. mixed in with steamed cabbage.
I walk by faith and find it in my heart to always encourage others to seek God in everything. I am a great exhorter and teacher of the Word.
After you've done all you can, stand in faith; that you have to "let them go" sometimes and give them over to the Grace of God - the best thing for them anyway.

The Astro woman is the essence of black beauty stylized to embody what her heart embraces. I love to get up dress up and pray my way through. I was a young girl who was drawn to sneakers, jeans and sweatshirts. My mom was a well put together woman with style and elegance and that confidence she exuded rubbed off on me. I saw myself in the mirror one day and it was over. I knew then what the emotional state of mind with a little bit of fashion and a whole lot of life felt like and I loved it.
