REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied and must return your wig for an exchange or refund, you may do so within 30 days of the invoice date. Please include all the original packaging. Refunds will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the retail price which will be deducted from your refund amount. Wigs cannot be returned if they are cut, taped, glued or altered in any way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy unless... The length of the wig shown in the picture is not accurate. It is a short wig so naturally there is not much length. It looks like a mistake was made and it was cut entirely too short. It barely covers your head. I would not recommend this wig.
