What is your policy to return a wig
Hi Cathy. Thank you for your inquiry. There is a 20% restocking fee on all wigs returned for an exchange or refund. You must include all original packaging and tags. Returns will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price; this will be deducted from your refund amount. Wigs cannot be returned if they are cut, taped, glued, or altered in any way. All returns must include the original packaging and tags. Sale items may be returned for exchange only. No returns or exchanges on any item after 60 days of its receipt date.
