REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied and must return your wig for an exchange or refund, you may do so within 30 days of the invoice date. Please include all the original packaging. Refunds will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the retail price which will be deducted from your refund amount. Wigs cannot be returned if they are cut, taped, glued or altered in any way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money!!! This wig looks nothing like the photo. It hardly had hair on the cap and u could see the tracks. Very poorly made. This was the first time I purchased one of you wigs an you can bet it will be the last. I’ve been a customer for years, love your clothes but the wigs are over priced and poor quality. Shame on you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst wig This wig was very hard to fluff out & style the curls stuck out like orphan annie & if you tried to pick it a little the curls came out & it looked like hay. In order to get the curly look back I had to put water on it tried to fluff it out after it dried but it still looked bad.
