Ashro Woman: Crystal L.
Meet Ashro Woman of the Week, Crystal L. from Washington D.C.
Glamorous Crystal has patterned her personal style after Michelle Obama, Cicely Tyson…and her “beautiful mother,” a woman “full of love.”
Her mom’s vintage mink cape and hat is a favorite that she wears on special occasions. In her own journey as a mom, Crystal has learned how to give “love, love and more love.” Like her own mother, Crystal is a giver in general—one of those people who helps friends, neighbors and family.
And since she is married to a lay pastor, there are always opportunities to give. In addition to working a job in federal government personnel security, Crystal teaches, sings, draws and makes time for her goddaughters.
She refuels by “praying and resting” during her free time. In fact, increasing her prayer life has been intentional…an accomplishment she is proud of.
