Ashro Woman Spotlight - Sonya

Meet Ashro Woman of the Week, Sonya H. from Hueytown, AL

Teacher during the week and pastor on Sunday, this dedicated mom and grandmother loves impacting lives. “I am just loving on God’s people…With me, you are safe to be you because I offer no-judgment zones.” Sonya has had a wonderful journey being a pastor and has not let challenges keep her from her calling. “My best advice is to remember that you have value and that no matter where you find yourself (not much education, challenging credit, relationship issues), you still have something to bring to the table of life and to help someone else.” Isn’t that authentic, excellent advice?
