The pieces don't fit together and I can't figure out how to exchange it

Not Happy
This is very difficult to put together. Need at least two people. The bars in the middle do not fit the side slots. You have to somehow make it work. The quality is also cheap. This should cost 50% less than what they are charging. I did give two stars because it really is a nice looking rack if you can ever put it together, it us just poorly made.
