Ashro Woman: Kelli F.

Meet Kelli Ferrell from Atlanta, GA

Owner of Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles, Kelli is also an author, celebrity chef and mom to 5 beautiful daughters!

“My greatest gift is being a mother! My house gets very crazy with 5 daughters, but I wouldn’t ask for anything different. It’s like having a bunch of mini me’s (sometimes it’s good and sometimes…LOL).”

Kelli is also thankful for the women who raised her. “I was raised by strong women…My mother was an entrepreneur. Nana is the matriarch (a praying God-fearing woman). She just keeps us ALL together.”

Kelli’s mother and grandmother not only inspired Kelli to follow her dreams, they also set a foundation of faith. “I don’t know where I would be without my faith!!!!! I know that GOD continues to bless me and my family…I’m just a vessel.”

Kelli, in turn, has raised her kids to have faith, to say their prayers every night…and that has paid off. “I must be honest, sometimes they teach me.”
