Meet Ashro Woman of the Week, RaShawn J. from Florissant, MO. As a Library Media Specialist for grades 3-5, RaShawn does not keep to herself quietly shelving books or hiding behind the checkout counter. Just the opposite. She pours her heart and soul into her job, dressing up like characters from books, acting out stories…and encouraging her students to believe in themselves and become lifelong learners.


Meet Ashro Woman of the Week, Victoria W. from Gardena, CA. Wife and mother, inspirational author and podcaster, Victoria is a woman with purpose and passion. Recently retired, she continues to lean into life as a board member for Project PeaceMakers, Inc.

Meet Ashro Woman of the Week, Della R. from Cleveland, OH. She has gone through those hard young-adult years of self-doubt and “running in circles”…and grown into a mature woman who “can stand against the odds”. A lot of that has to do with her grandmother.

Meet Ashro Woman of the Week, Sandra T. from West Point, GA. What you need to know about Sandra is that she does not shy away from challenges—whether they are the welcome kind of challenge that we choose…or the not so welcome kind of challenge that chooses us. As a 2021 pageant winner (Ms. Southwest Classic Senior Georgia), Sandra is beautiful on the outside. She is also beautiful on the inside.


Ashro Woman of the Week, Denise S. From Washington DC.Can you say UNSTOPPABLE? With her husband of 29 years by her side, this happily married mother, pastor and Christian recording artist keeps on pushing the boundaries and following her callings.


Ashro Woman of the Week, Jacqueline F. from Philadelphia, PA. “My greatest struggle was when the pandemic first hit.” As a certified nursing assistant working in a hospital, Jacqueline has cared for her patients physically, emotionally and even spiritually: COVID patients, elderly patients and suicide patients.
